Microchip your fish!:  Microchipping is now available for your prize fish.  Visit this site to learn more and see a short video on how it's performed.  Microchipping provides positive identification of your fish and links your emergency contact information to your fish, if it is stolen.  Fish must be at least 4 inches in length in order to be chipped.  Koi colors and patterns can change as the fish ages, but the chip's 15 digit ID code never changes.  Many valuable fish have been chipped in order to insure identification in case of theft.
