Prescription Refills: (915)755-2299:  We now have a dedicated phone line for prescription refills that you may call at any time.    To help in expediting the process or ordering your prescriptions on-line from us, please establish your pet's portal (see our home page).  In general, prescriptions phoned in should be ready for pick-up within 24 hours of being placed.  Please leave the following information:

1. Your name as it appears on the prescription label.

2. Your client identification number found immediately after your name on the prescription label.

3. Your pet's name.

4. The medication or food you are requesting a refill for.

5. A phone number where we can reach you should we have any questions or need to advise you.
